If your account is suspended or deleted due to neglect, Legend Fantasy will repay the platform fee paid to use any of our services after deducting the processing fee and the value of any used game items.
The refunded amount will be credited as Google Play Credit.

If a user picks a username that is obscene, indecent, abusive, or is an official team/league/franchise name and/or the name of any sporting personality, Legend Fantasy reserves the right, without prior notice to the user, to restrict usage of that name. While a player violates the aforementioned norms and is simultaneously reported by a majority of players, and is detected by the Legend Fantasy system or security department for:

In the case of a penalized player has made in-game purchases, then Legend Fantasy will judge whether the purpose of the purchase was legitimate. If the system or security department detects that the player has made purchases through system errors and maliciously obtained rewards, Legend Fantasy, based on the principle of protection, reserves the right to refuse a refund. If, after investigation by the system and security department, the purchase process is confirmed to be legitimate and there was no malicious refund through system errors, Legend Fantasy will compensate by refunding the amount after deducting costs, with refunds primarily issued in Google gift cards.

Legend Fantasy conducts fantasy cricket games on the platform. Users can create their own teams consisting of real-life cricketers involved in a real-life cricket match or tournament. Legend Fantasy offers a platform to Participants for a fantasy contest related to each Sport Event. Participants can participate in such contests with their teams.
In uncertain scenarios, Legend Fantasy reserves the right to abandon a specific round or adjust the deadline for a round. These events might include but are not limited to:
Legend Fantasy will send any changes through email and/or SMS to keep the User updated.
Teams are awarded points based on how their real-life cricketers perform at the end of a designated match, tournament, or game. At the end of each Contest, the team with the highest score will be declared the winner. Depending on the Contest, there may be more than one winner and prizes will be distributed in order of the team's score.
The Fantasy Contest(s) are played according to the Terms and Conditions, rules, terms, and regulations mentioned herein. In addition, all participants agree to abide by the Rules provided by Legend Fantasy. The Terms and Conditions are in effect for all Participants.
Legend Fantasy offers contests where users can enter by paying the pre-designated "coin" as provided on the relevant Contest page. The person with the highest score at the end of the contest wins the designated prize.
A Participant may create different Teams for participation in Contest(s) in relation to a Sport Event across the Legend Fantasy Services. Further, Legend Fantasy is authorized to restrict the maximum number of Teams that may be created by a single User account (for each format of the contest) or which a single User account may enter in a particular Multiple Entry Contest, in each case to such number as determined by Legend Fantasy in its sole discretion.
Currently, two formats of contests are made available on Legend Fantasy. Public contests are open to all users without restriction. All rules applicable to contests as set out herein shall be applicable to both formats of the contests.
Games of skill are legal in India, because they are excluded from the ambit of gambling legislation. The Indian Supreme Court has ruled games that require more skill than chance can be classified as games of skill.
The contests described above are games of skill. Success in the contests requires the participant to have superior knowledge on cricket. The contests also require participants to field well-balanced teams with limited resources and make substitutions at appropriate times to gain maximum points.

Legend Fantasy may withhold prizes for anyone found to have "insider knowledge" of participating teams in any given contests/matches, organizing boards, leagues, etc.
Only those Participants who have successfully registered on the Legend Fantasy as well as registered prior to each match in accordance with the procedure outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.
In respect of any transactions entered into on the Legend Fantasy platform, Users agree to be bound by the following payment terms:
Legend Fantasy's services offer two types of accounts for the processing and reconciliation of payments: (1) "coin" Account, (2) "winning" Account. A user can transfer funds from their winning account to another user's winning account. The amount of coins cannot be transferred to anyone else, but a user can transfer funds from their winning account to their coin account:
Each time a User participates in any contest on Legend Fantasy platform, the pre-designated amount shall be debited in the User’s account. In debiting amounts from the User’s accounts towards the pre-designated amount of such user shall be debited from the User’s Coin Account.In case there is any amount remaining to be paid by the User in relation to such User’s participation in any Contest(s), the User will be taken to the designated payment gateway to give effect to such payment.
In case any amount added by the User through such payment gateway exceeds the remaining amount of the contest pre-designated amount, the amount in excess shall be transferred to the User’s "Coin" Account and will be available for use in participation in any Contest(s).
Further, Legend Fantasy may, at its discretion, provide Bonus/Coupons to the user for promotional purposes.This Bonus/Coupons will be subject to the limitations as Legend Fantasy applies them, including without limitation as to time within which such Bonus/Coupons must be used. Legend Fantasy will notify to the User at the time of issue of such bonus/Coupons. The issue of any Bonus/Coupons to the user is subject to the sole discretion of Legend Fantasy and cannot be demanded by any User as a matter of right. The issue of any Bonus/Coupons by Legend Fantasy on any day shall not entitle the user to demand the issuance of such Bonus/Coupons at any subsequent period in time nor create an expectation of recurring issue of such Bonus/Coupons by Legend Fantasy to such User. In case the User terminates his/her account with Legend Fantasy or such account if terminated by Legend Fantasy, all Bonus/Coupons granted to the user shall return to Legend Fantasy and the User shall not have any right or interest on such bonus/Coupons.
Users agree that once they confirm a transaction on Legend Fantasy, they shall be bound by and make payment for that transaction.
A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permissible. If any of these terms are found to be inconsistent with the additional terms and conditions, the latter shall prevail.
Any amount once added to the Legend Fantasy account of a user cannot be refunded in any case and can be used to join contests and leagues.
The individuals using the services and Fun Features provided by Legend Fantasy are not permitted to cancel any transaction which has been once confirmed.
Legend Fantasy will pick winners by tabulation and scoring the results of a designated round (which may last anywhere between one day and an entire tournament) in the contest. Which user's team can score the highest aggregate of points based on the on-field performance of their selected players will be determined as the winners of the tournament. However, if there are more than one winners, the winners will be chosen on the basis of increasing order of their aggregate scores at the end of the designated round of the Contest.The number of winners and the prize distribution shall be determined and announced on the Contest's page before the contest starts. Any individual identified by Legend Fantasy as creating a team on behalf of other users will be disqualified from the Contest(s).
In the event of a tie, the prize will be shared equally among all winners.
If the user does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of Legend Fantasy or any other rules of Contest, Fantasy sports,etc., then they won't be eligible to receive any winnings.
Winners will be contacted by Legend Fantasy via app notification or the email address provided at the time of registration.
Users are responsible for providing proper and complete information at the time of registration. Legend Fantasy is not liable for any communication or omissions that may lead to a situation where the winner is not able to be contacted.
Legend Fantasy's Winning distribution and awarding related decisions will be final and non-contestable
Legend Fantasy will not be liable for any issues with the prizes, as far as permitted by law.
Legend Fantasy may, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary or modify the prizes being offered to winners. Participants shall not raise any claim against Legend Fantasy or question its right to modify such prizes being offered, prior to closure of the Contest.
Legend Fantasy clearly states that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of third-party score/statistic feeds, and that it does not warrant or make any representations about the accuracy thereof in any event. Users agree not to make any claims or complaints to Legend Fantasy about unreliable scores/statistics.
By accepting a prize from Legend Fantasy, the Winners hereby allow us to use their name, likeness, voice and comments for advertising purposes in any media worldwide. The Winners also agree to be available for promotional purposes as wanted by Legend Fantasy, without any charge. The exact dates will remain the Legend Fantasy's sole discretion. Promotional activities may include but not be limited press events, meetings within the company, and/or ceremonies/functions.
In a rare event wherein Legend Fantasy identifies the need of any governmental, statutory or regulatory compliances or approvals for organizing any Contest(s) or the company identifies any on-going Contest(s) breaching the legal guidelines or being prohibited by the legal authorities, then, Legend Fantasy hold all the rights to cancel such Contest(s) without any prior notice to the participants or the winners. Individuals who use our services agree that they will not make any claims related to the cancellation in any way.
In the event of any legal dispute (which may be a legal issue or question) which may arise, the party raising the dispute shall provide a written notification ("Notification") to the other party. On receipt of Notification, the parties shall first try to resolve the dispute through discussions. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) days of receipt of Notification, the dispute shall be settled by arbitration.
The arbitration award will be binding on the Parties, and each Party will bear its own costs of arbitration and equally share the fees of the arbitrator unless the arbitral tribunal decides otherwise. The arbitrator shall be entitled to pass interim orders and awards, including the orders for specific performance and such orders would be enforceable in competent courts. The arbitrator shall give a reasoned award.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall prevent Legend Fantasy from seeking and obtaining interim or permanent equitable or injunctive relief, or any other relief available to safeguard Legend Fantasy's interest prior to, during or following the filing of arbitration proceedings or pending the execution of a decision or award in connection with any arbitration proceedings from any court having jurisdiction to grant the same. The pursuit of equitable or injunctive relief shall not constitute a waiver on the part of Legend Fantasy to pursue any remedy for monetary damages through the arbitration described herein.

The individuals using the services provided by Legend Fantasy, by accepting these Terms and Conditions agree that Legend Fantasy shall not be held responsible alongside waiving and releasing each and every right or claim, all actions, causes of actions (present or future) each of them has or may have against Legend Fantasy, its respective agents, directors, officers, business associates, group companies, sponsors, employees, or representatives for all and any injuries, accidents, or mishaps (whether known or unknown) or (whether anticipated or unanticipated) faced due to the services provided by Legend Fantasy or association with the Contests or the winnings of the Contests.

In any activities, events, or actions in this game, they are directly operated by Weiyun. APPLE is not a sponsor, nor is it involved in any form.
Legend Fantasy may be required under certain legislation to notify users of certain events. Users hereby agree to accept Legend Fantasy posting notices on the Legend Fantasy or delivering notices to users through their email address provided at the time of registration. If users do not provide accurate information, Legend Fantasy cannot be held liable for failure to notify users.
Legend Fantasy is not responsible for any delays or failure to perform caused by outside forces. This includes any delay/failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, terrorism, violence, and any cancellation of any match to which a Contest relates. If any of these events happen, Legend Fantasy shall be entitled to cancel contests and process refunds accordingly.
Legend Fantasy's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms and Conditions, including all terms, conditions, and policies that are incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User(s) and Legend Fantasy and govern user's use of the Legend Fantasy, superseding any prior agreements that any User may have with Legend Fantasy.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of them will stay intact.
In accordance with Legend Fantasy's policies, Legend Fantasy reserves the right to moderate, restrict or ban the use of Legend Fantasy from any users who violate Legend Fantasy's policy from time to time without any notice.
Legend Fantasy reserves the right to close or suspend any Legend Fantasy Services, including any contests, at any time at its sole discretion.
Legend Fantasy offers a variety of events/campaigns for our users from time to time.
The users must comply with the Event/Campaign Terms and these Standard Terms while participating in any sort of event. They also need to follow the terms and conditions of Legend Fantasy and any other applicable policies, such as privacy policies.
Participation in the event/campaign is purely voluntary.
Participating in one event/campaign does not guarantee a user to automatically be eligible to participate in another one.
All players and users of Legend Fantasy should only participate in the Event/Campaign offered by Legend Fantasy through one account, and are not permitted to create or use multiple accounts.
To participate in a Legend Fantasy Event/Campaign, participants may be required to verify their mobile number and other account details in alignment with the Event/Campaign Terms for such Events/Campaigns.
The users intending to participate in the Event/Campaign agree not to make any claim or raise any complaints against Legend Fantasy for any notification failure.
Users may be required to provide personal information when participating in events/campaigns. Users who participate in Events/Campaigns agree to receive communication/notification from Legend Fantasy. Any and all user information collected by Legend Fantasy in the registration process, during verification, and when used by users is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Legend Fantasy reserves the right to disqualify any user of an event/campaign at its sole discretion, in case the user engages in any illegal or improper behavior.
In the event/campaign that Legend Fantasy identifies or believes that a user has violated the terms of our website or competition, we reserve the right to withhold or forfeit any benefits they may have earned.
The bonus/coupons(if applicable) or the grant of the free-entry (if any) shall be at the sole discretion of Legend Fantasy and shall be subject to the user’s compliance with these Standard Terms and the applicable Events/Campaigns Terms.
